Special Paul Frank hidden replacement buttons sewn on the inside at the bottom of placket, just in case you lose a button. However, the Paul Frank way is to supply you with any type of random buttons that don't match the original ones. You may end up with one that has a cat on it, to a bright red one. You never know as every shirt is random....Zig zag stitch at interior neck with interior yoke detail. Washed for softness.
